Where an account is closed due to a player's violation of these Terms, 333xxx reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including deposited funds and bonus credits, where those funds are reasonably linked to the prohibited conduct. In cases where the account is closed for reasons unrelated to a player violation, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own 333xxx account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days.
